It was a nice hotel, i am really recommending, however my concern is about the food has no much variety and not that nice. Staff are very friendly, cleaning is very good, you can find support if you need at anytime.

We are so glad we went with Sultan Bey after shopping around a bit. The all inclusive was totally worth it, everyday there was a new delicious cocktail. There was always a shady spot at the pool bar or the pool or the beach area. Access to Zeytouna beach was a big bonus. Absolutely gorgeous, and only a very short boat ride away. And the staff were all so friendly and helpful. We'd love to make it back someday!

Perfect!
The hotel is perfect! It has all what you want in a hotel. It combines the good location within El Gouna Resort so you are close to the beach, nightlife spots and the room rate which you get more for what you paid for! Not to mention, the food is so delicious, specially breakfast, yummy! Finally, I had an interaction with the management which is so professional, very aware of their task. Not only that, genuinely they care about their guests! Thumps up!

Quirky, comfortable hotel well placed in Downtown
The hotel was comfortable with a spacious room, a terrace and good views of the lagoon. The food was varied and of good quality. The pool and public toilet areas were very clean and well looked after. There were enough sunbeds for everyone. The staff could not do enough to help, even bringing a kettle and mugs at 11.30 at night! We were able to have a relaxing stay with easy access to Downtown and to the marinas by taxi or tuk-tuk.

What a beautiful place and affordable.
What an incredible four days. We went snorkeling, horse back and camel riding, to name a few of our activities. The staff at the hotel and beach were very helpful and friendly. I can not wait to back to explore more of this slice of heaven and it’s incredible underwater treasures. The opportunities for diving and snorkeling are limitless. The village offers many unique shops and there is a great selection of food. Sultan Bey has the best breakfast selection that I have ever seen, including Europe, USA, Mexico and Canada. The staff was very helpful with arranging activities and getting great prices.

Hotel stresses green credentials & awards and has notices saying "Save water" but no plugs in sink! Apart from that our second stay was as good as the first

An Oasis in El Gouna
The hotel facilities are great, we really enjoyed and our children too! The breakfast buffet has everything you need to start the day. The pool is not very big but it’s nice and the pool bar is really good too serving both drinks and food as well! There’s a small boat to go to Zaytona beach which while not great, it’s good enough. Based on this hotel it’s easy to go Sahl Hasheesh or Soma Bay for a day trip and enjoy everything the Red Sea has to offer. For a family it is very safe for the children to explore and have fun so the parents can also enjoy. El Gouna town is a short walk and had many shops and restaurants where very kind and nice people awaits your visit. Would recommend 100%

The Sultan Bey Hotel is basic but clean. However, they state that they wish to conserve water - but there are no plugs for the sinks in the bathroom! The breakfast fare has improved somewhat but such a shame that they serve "Tang" instead of fresh juices. It is not a hotel for those with any disability - stairs, stairs and more stairs. But it is fine for a short stay and the gardens are glorious. The staff are courteous. It is a few minutes' walk to the main restaurants and shops so ideally situated. A pleasant stay.

We stayed 4 nights at the Sultan Bey. So let's start with the cons: 1. We arrived post 3pm, yet our rooms were not ready; 2. Front desk wasn't professional, but rather rude; 3. Bed sheets were dirty upon check on; 4. our rooms (400 block) was right next to the Club House, which meant no sleeping until 3am in case of party; 5. No access to a nice beach; 6. Below average breakfast. Now to the pros: 1. Nice location as rooms are overlooking lagoon; 2. Low price Personally, choosing to book there again would be a last resort
