"Bed was comfortable and soon was warm. There was an awful smell, like rotted fish, coming from the drain in the bathroom. They had the garbage can over it, we had to put a towel under the garbage to keep it from stinking the bathroom and room. Also, the parking lot was not cleaned at all, so extremely slippery with ice. "We came to Husavik for whale watching. This hotel is very clean, and conveniently located next to the harbor. It was snowy without many sidewalks, so I wouldn't say it was walkable (November) exactly, but in a warmer time of the year, it might have been walkable. "I stayed in house 5, room 17. So cute inside! It was wonderful and spotless when I arrived. It was modern and offered the amenities listed. The woman at the front desk was very kind and gave clear directions to my room. Although I did not eat breakfast in the morning, it looked delightful as I was checking out.
