"The pool wasn't open, the staff were very kind and cordial with me but the front desk was very rude to my wife and also refused to give the proper room after having an issue. this issue was not corrected until the following day and the room rates are almost 30$ apart. Cleaning staff was fantastic, and all but one of the restaurant staff were very pleasant. some of the amenities were not properly functioning"
