"I stayed here simply because it is close to the airport so I could get to the airport quickly next morning. Hotel is about 5-min by taxi from the LHR, just under 10 GBP. Room was clean and the staff were helpful. Room service was quick. Wished the menu had more selections though."

"There’s only one door to get through to get to the pods and the code for that is #4545# Even if they change the code there’s no need to pay “per person” just pay for one person and sneak everyone else through, or go through the gate when someone else is, no one will stop you. Also there isn’t a lift at the hotel so ask for a room on the ground floor."

"This hotel is like a Victorian house. The rooms are rather small but we only need it for sleeping since we are out all day long. Expedia stated that the room which has 2 twin beds sleeps 3. Thinking that the beds can be combined, I booked it. Evidently the hotel does not move and combine their beds. But, Staff went above and beyond in giving us extra room for the night, then transferred us in a triple room the next day. They even took care of loading our luggages to the room while we were out...

"Close to Leavseden Studio Harry Potter tour Hotel location on Motorway services. No noise from motorway in room I stayed in You need a taxi to get off/on site to reach public transport for Leavseden studios. Executive room. Clean, spacious, small fridge Best for work trips or no frills layover.. I used for cost effective stay while my house was worked on.. On site restaurant OK Fast food at services up to 10:00pm . Staff mostly friendly and helpful"

"We came to the hotel for my daughter's birthday. The staff was very kind, attentive and helpful. Lovley swiming pool and gym. Nice rooms very comfortable beds. Our daughter's stay was made special she got lovley happy birthday banner and free piece of cake. Dinner was lovely atvthe restaurant and great breakfasts. I will definitely look for an opportunity to come again. Thank you to all staff for.their hard work. "

"Very useful stopover for Purple Patking drop off for Heathrow. Perfect stop after a long flight before a long drive. Excellent staff. £15 for overnight parking. "near the airport (about a 10 minute drive from terminal 5. From other terminals it may even be less. Taxi a little expensive, about 20 British pounds from terminal 5. The hotel has a small restaurant but not many dinning choices near the hotel. For us was convenient because we just needed to stay for the night. Price is good for being this close to the airport, a little small room though but again the price was fair. "

"a two night business trip and staying at Dorsett Shepherds bush for the first time. Check was quick and the greeting was warm. The hotel was very close to Shepherds Bush Market tube, on the Hammersmith and Metropolitan line, and one stop Wood Lane to get the central line. About a 3 min walk and the hotel is there. "Lovely clean property... absolutely loved it.. would like a clock but im a time person.. shower absolutely amazing... town center location stayed during england final didnt hear anything... only issue i had was booking.. i booked paid and didnt hear anything i called number which i advise do not call cost a fortune to brazil.. message and call the london number for apartment...spoke to a lovely lady.. think her nsmr was alexandra very helpful not had that for a while.. tv does not have normal...
