"Family with 3 teenaged boys. The bedroom had 2 full sized beds. The boys slept in the mat sleeping area. Not a lot of room in either room for luggage but the living room and dining area gave us ample space to spread out. The shower was great. We paid to use the spa twice and that was nice. Location was beyond perfect. It was close to everything. We stayed in four different hotels on this trip and this was by far everyone’s favorite space."

"We can not rate this hotel highly enough. The staff went out of their way to assist us whenever they could. My wife hurt her leg whilst we were travelling and they organises a doctor's appointment and taxi to the clinic for us. Travelling with two kids, this hotel also gave us the more western experience of partitioning their room from the main living area. Beds were comfortable and the whole hotel is modern and clean. Easy walk to public transport and plenty of options for food and shopping."

"It was our first time staying at a Mimaru and we had a wonderful time. The room was beautiful and clean for our family of 5. The hotel is walking distance to Kuromon market and Dotonbori. "We travelled during new years and everything was closed, I think the hotel should do a better job of understanding what is open for guests. The location was a tad far to walk to the train station which was a negative. The Onsen was outstanding though and the rooms were very comfortable"

"From check in to checkout absolutely amazing. Onsite Onsen and sauna were superb! The staff literally are probably the best staff at a hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Nose helped us check in and she was soooo friendly! Suzuki helped us store our luggage! I highly recommend this place! Oh, and breakfast, literally delectable!"
