"From check in to check out service was amazing, def. 5+ stars, the room with a private balcony, the bed, the pillows simply great. the pisco sour at the bar in the top 2 that I have drank around the world. The food great, ceviche corvina, sea bass, arroz caldoso and the camarones chupe 10+. The SPA you will need to have the Inka package, had it before traveling to SDQ a few hours before and totally relaxed. I will stay again. Thank you!"

"Excellent!!!! I hope there is a better word than excellent. Anyway, what I can say is that you get what you pay for. To many people, maybe room is small but for me travelling alone, it's more than I need, so do not expect too much about room size. Service is spectacular. Right after I book the room, there is someone contact me to ask about flight time to better greet me when I come. That's a WOW right there. There is a mid-age couple taking care of the hotel and honestly, they take a good care...

"Casona La Recoleta is a wonderful place to stay at Cusco. My spouse became ill from the altitude sickness upon arrival. The staff immediate tested her blood oxygen level and offered an emergency oxygen tank to relieve her symptoms. My spouse kept on and off the oxygen without success of bringing her blood oxygen level up on her own. We ran out of the oxygen in the middle of the night, and the 24-hr onsite staff helped with another tank while I was trying to book a flight to get us down to Lima...
