"A wonderful property and lovely hosts. Elizabeth and Jean-Christian went out of their way to welcome us. A great selection of maps and tourist information on hand for your days out. The village itself (a very short walk) is tranquil with basic amenities - Bakery, farm shop, bar, restaurant and pharmacy. The house is cosy and very well equipped for your stay. We would heartily recommend to other families. We expect we will visit again!"

"I had the worst experience with a host. After I booked and paid through Vrbo, for 48 nights for 14 persons, the owner asked for an additional payment of 42% of the price. I thought it is unbelievable. I did not accept this, I wanted to cancel. After some days of messaging, when the emergency state was imposed in France and she realized she will not get other guests, she accepted my offer to pay a small additional amount and finalized the booking. "The house is lovely, clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Lydia is prompt at replying and very helpful with enquiries. We had a great week"

"I loved this Gite , it had traditional parts with exposed beams , all the bathrooms were nice and modern with fantastic showers. I loved the glitter paint in the master bedroom. The garden was gorgeous and so peaceful. The Gite was very central close to the river, bar and restaurants, the supermarket was an 8 minute walk away around the corner. There was a lovely walk up the hill to Chateau Gillard with amazing views. Also central to were we wanted to vist . We loved it."

"A lovely place with a welcoming and helpful host who lives on site. Rouen is easily accessed with frequent buses. The place is secure and quiet (The church next door only rang its bells on Sunday) with a very pretty garden. The garden can only be accessed up a flight of steps outside so not accessible for all. Everything was as described, although the Internet is not fast. We had a great stay at Janine’s place exploring Rouen and the surrounding area."

"We have stayed twice at this excellent hotel travelling from and to the UK. Good secure parking right next to the hotel. Pet friendly except your pet cannot go in the breakfast room. Very clean. Two local restaurants 2 minutes walk away. we have used the burger/beer bar twice and it is excellent. Nearby McDonalds if you just want a snack."
