Emerald Stays UK at The Adelphi
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (21)
"Good for walking into the town, lot's of things to do, not far from the river and canal. The room was adequate but a bit tired looking, some shelves or drawer space would be handy, the hairdryer nozzle does not stay attached to the hairdryer, the shower was brilliant! Overall we had a lovely holiday. There was a very noisy lady in room 1 on Saturday night who thought banging on doors and being very loud at 1.30 am was okay but I spoke to her and she quietened down so we could all get some...

"We absolutely loved staying in the Captain's Cabin. Bourton on the Water is in a great location for day trips, but we had to pull ourselves away from this adorable and bustling little village. Location of the Captain's Cabin is quiet and peaceful, but just a two minute walk to all that Bourton on the Water has to offer! We loved ending our days cuddling up by the fire and had the best sleep in the charming and comfortable bedroom. "

"Very central to various places in the Cotswolds but such a joy to return to and to get up in each morning. Everything was there that we needed and I enjoyed the outside space to sit and read a bit and to dry some laundry. So bright and airy, roomy….we just loved Exchange Cottage and would stay there again in a heartbeat."

Country House
9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (60)
"The purpose of our stay was for my elderly parents to have a small break and I chose this property as being suitable for their needs. Our expectations were definitely fulfilled. It is beautiful property in a pretty setting. Highlights for us was that being all on one level was easy for my elderly parents. Access to the pool was easy, the pool was lovely and warm and nice to have to ourselves. The full size snooker table was an added bonus and the snooker player amongst us made full use of it!...

"We stayed for 5 nights - Pros: very pleasant contact with host several times, very comfy beds, clean crisp linens, very nice fully equipped kitchen, wonderful water pressure/hot & cold water, surprise welcoming gift of white wine, crackers & the most delicious local Brie. Cons: no closets to hang closet only a bar on wall with 3-4 hangers, need one more fan due to no air conditioning. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay and would definitely recommend this property. Cosy Carol Cottage Just Off The High Street

"Lovely cottage in charming little town, suited our family with mixed age range from teenagers to grandparent. Cottage was in good location with pub next door very handy. We enjoyed walking to the high street and venturing out about. If we are being picky the bathroom could do with a good deep clean and one of twin beds was very soft. Parking was a little tight as we have a large family car. But over all the cottage was clean and tidy and a good base for our holiday, The cottage was charming...

"We absolutely loved staying at Lavender Barn East. It was the PERFECT place to explore several Cotswolds villages, and we especially loved walking 2 minutes into Bourton-on-the -Water every morning and evening. The home was immaculately clean, just as pictured, and our hosts were lovely and prompt in replying when we had questions. The milk and cookies they left out for us, as well as the gorgeous bouquet of flowers that greeted us from the kitchen table were over and above- we felt truly...

Cotswolds Hotel & Spa

8.4 out of 10, Very good, (958)
"We paid £170 for a double room for one night so to be honest, we weren't expecting to arrive at a rather grim building that looked like a TravelLodge. Also, having walked from the car park to reception in torrential rain to book in, we weren't expecting to then have to go back outside to find our room in another building! 😐 However, the staff were all very smiley and helpful, the room was very clean, bed was comfortable and a good buffet breakfast, including hot food, was available.
