"We loved the history and character of this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the one thing that let it down was the uncomfortable beds. We stayed in the Nuns room, the beds and the pillows were so hard we didnt have a great night's sleep. A really great place, but we were glad we were only sleeping there for 1 night."

"Everything about our stay was fabulous and Crossways Inn is now on our radar when we want to spend extra time on our holiday in Cornwall. The food deserves a mention, delicous, locally sourced produce perfectly cooked - both dinner and breakfast. The room, bed, shower, air con, decent size coffee cups all made our stay extremely comfortable. This was the best stopover experience we have had - thoroughly recommend!"

"My husband and I stayed at Rock Point Inn for 2 nights just last week and we had a wonderful stay. We stayed in room #6 "The Cobb", it was super cozy and clean and a lovely view of the high street and a little of the sea. The whole staff was friendly and chatty and very professional, and the hotel couldn't be more perfectly located. The breakfasts in the morning were amazing! As soon as we walked in to the breakfast area we were offered lattes and a place to sit by the big windows overlooking...

"The photos gave the impression of superior rooms but the room was tired, needed a new carpet and decorating. Sash windows, road just outside and over a busy bar. Why 4 then? I'm a bit soft. Staff were great, diets catered for and nothing too much trouble. Breakfast excellent. "

"What a pretty pub. When we arrived all staff lovely and helpful. after a change cmw down for deinks and was so dog friendly. We didnt eat as eaten before arrived but it was well attended sonwould come back another time. Bed comfy, weren't affected by the pub re sound. Lovely and cosy."

The staff were very willing to accommodate vegan options on their meal choices and there was one vegan option on the specials board (please not risotto - why is risotto the goto vegan meal for every hotel - why not get some frozen beyond beef burgers and give a vegan burger option for instance) "
