"The place is perfect for fishing. We had a great week and the place met our expectations. It is accurately described in the listing and we experienced no surprises."

"We had 8 adult family members stay for a week so used both the main cabin and the smaller cabin. Lots of great fishing - hired a guide for one day early in our trip so knew where to go, which was very helpful. Both cabins are cozy, comfortable, and decorated great. Floors in the small cabin were quite slanted and a bit tricky for our older relative. Deck could use a bit of work and basement bedroom was a bit cold and musty so no one wanted to sleep there. Main cabin was super clean, which we loved. Great to have laundry at the house. Easy to find location. Feels private/secluded even tho neighbors were close by. Restaurant/bar was within walking distance. Fabulous mini-golf course close to cabin. Tower and Ely have good shopping and Ely's Wolf Center and Bear Center are cool. Beautiful views from both cabins! Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay! Would definitely stay again."

"Beautiful Lake Vermilion! Good location. The cabin was clean and more than adequate for our needs. Well equipped kitchen. Our hosts were welcoming and responsive to our needs. "

"Our stay was wonderful! The property was great, clean, easy to get to and loved where it was located on the lake. We had a large eagle visit us every day and a deer, two turtles sunning themselves on a rock in the lake.The house accommodated 11 of us very well. Our one suggestion would be that there more chairs in the porch and out side. While the adirondack chairs in the porch are nice they are too big for that room and really not that comfortable and would be better outside. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. The caretaker Ryan was Great, we had issues with the oven and he came right over and while we couldn't use it the rest of our stay it was nice knowing he was just a phone call away if we needed anything! We all would love to return next year, thanks again for offering your beautiful home!!!!"

"It a beautiful property! Alyss is very friendly and always there to help if needed. The studio is a beautiful room, just wish it curtains on the windows. Otherwise, huge, beautiful room! Would love to come again!"

"We had the best time in the deep woods! Staff & family were very friendly! They answered all our qustions promptly and if we didn't have it, they did! I loved gathering with our family & friends like it was our own in the lodge. The fireplace was roasting all weekend from morning coffee, afternoon marshmallows, to evening hot chocolate. We will definately return!"
