"Great location so close to Victoria station. Well attended too and friendly staff. Bit of a walk if in the wing rooms but extra large rooms and very comfortable. Bathroom's are small considering room size and care is needed when getting in for a shower , removal of the bath for a walk in shower would be so much better. Overall no complaints and will be back."

"Great location. Staff was amazing. Very kind and attentive. The breakfast was fantastic and with lots of options and the short walk to the South bank was a real plus. Highly recommend!"

"Well located near Marble Arch tube and easy venue to find. Entrance ok, although escalator out of action. Reception good and quick, bar area nice. Room lovely and large. Bed very comfortable and great to have plug and usb bits next to the bed. overall good experience and will return"

"Suite was really nice but some hairs found around the bathroom (in bathtub and sink) and the dark tiles in the bathroom area made the toilet very dark (like a night club?) Breakfast was tasty but again quite dark (possibly due to scaffolding so I can give this a pass) and I ordered some vegetarian sausages and they did not arrive until I asked a member of staff to check with the chef about 20 mins later. Some minor issues but would not expect this for the price I paid. An otherwise pleasant stay though. "

"Loved our deluxe size room and the folks assisting with the bags, being shown directly to our room and the size, amenities and qualities of all products picked. The blissful bed delivered and was the comfiest of all beds we've stayed at and the noise level was so quiet (assuming there was good noise reduction techiniques in place AND also thenstreet its on is not overrun like some hotels we stayed at closer to victoria station area) that we often slept in numerous days and didnt realize how late it was."
