The room was nice. Nothing fancy. Bed was comfortable. The Liv Lounge is nice. Good food and the nightly entertainment was good. It has a retro atmosphere like the Rat Pack days. The pool is a good place to relax. The only negative thing was a $25 charge for parking which I was aware of but why. There is plenty of space. Good place to stay for a golf vacation and I would definitely stay there again.

Disapointed the hot tub was closed. Love thay the pool area is open until 10 though. And great firepit. Awkward layout. Pool towels at front desk so have to go through lobby to get them..and after swimming that is awkward and cold. Didnt realize to grab them first and the outside area for towels was empty.

This hotel is very convenient located . It has a very nice atmosphere, only thing I didn't like was I noticed a little of a weird bathroom smell when you walk in the room since the bathroom is right on the entrance. But the hotel and the rooms are super clean and room service went in on our second day stay picked up our towels , made our bed and even put a heart with a towel on the bed. Pool and all outdoor area really well maintained and clean . Loved how they had live music at night daily. I did feel like the guys at check in could of been a little nicer , they weren't rude but weren't super friendly. Bathroom super clean air conditioner and fridge working good . Had Ice in the hallway available and water with fruit and ice in the hallway . They have a restaurant but we didn't try it . Overall totally recommend this hotel and we will definitely come back .

Price matches quality. It was good place for a decent price however it could use additional staff as they are limited. Pool area was somewhat dirty and needs to be cleaned regularly. Location itself is good. Unfortunately pillows are extremely uncomfortable and I urge management to such them out right away. They do have live performance and it was awesome. Prices at the bar were very reasonable.

This is our third stay at Indian Wells. Our first room was a suite and it was amazing. The next two nights we were in a standard King room. It was very spacious. The bed was softer than I prefer but my spouse thought it was great. We did have to complain about our neighbors who were up past 2 a.m. Hotel staff responded of fairly quickly to address the issue. Overall, we’re happy with our stay at Indian Wells.

I stayed at this hotel after surgery, expecting to have access to TV as my only form of entertainment while recovering. Unfortunately, the TV was not working when I checked in, and the staff assured me it would be fixed by Friday. That never happened. For five days of my stay, I had no working TV, which was incredibly frustrating given my situation. As compensation, they offered breakfast coupons, but the “breakfast” consisted of nothing more than coffee and waffles—hardly a proper meal. While I understand that technical issues can arise, the lack of follow-through and the inadequate compensation made my experience disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially if you’re looking for a comfortable and accommodating stay.

Disappointing place. They welcome you with all their rules and the price it will cost you otherwise. Room outdated and pillows atrocious. No conditionner in the bathroom…etc. Plus cherry on the top they make you pay $25 per day for parking !!

We’ve stayed there at Indian wells resort which really is not a resort, this last time was just not what we expected no tv service was available, they nickel and dime you for everything, breakfast was complementary for one day and it was just toasts and cereals. Would not stay there again

Got there 45 minutes before check-in. They made us wait until designated time. Very petty. Some desk clerks were good and helpful - others not so much. TV wasn't available so we received free breakfast vouchers. The food was sub par. The cheapest grocery store muffins, etc.. At happy hour pizza and calamari were awful. Rooms were large and clean. Cleaning products left a smell. Room walls were paper thin. The nightly peformances blared through the room. They ended at 9 PM so weren't a problem. The performances themselves were nice. The pool was good. Be aware of the $25 daily parking fee.
