"This so called accommodation was by far the worst accommodation we’ve ever stayed in. We reluctantly stayed because we had no where else to go. From the start, the key was not available to pick up so we had to wait for someone to drop the key off and no linen/ towels were provided for 2 of the beds. When we walked in the unit was filthy, smelt of cigarette smoke, fridge was turned off and stank, there was no kettle, no cups, no cutlery and microwave was filthy. The bathroom was a bigger disaster...
