The mini fridge kept our beverages cool and the wall heater made our stay toasty. "We always stayed at this hotel when it was "The Sofi Hotel", but was a bit hesitant because of a couple of so-so reviews, but we decided to give it a try. We were greeted by friendly staff upon entering. We checked in an hour early- No problem as room was ready. The room was very clean and the linens were plentiful. "The Hyatt Place was a very convenient place to stay. We watched a musical and it wasn't very far. This hotel is also close to Oracle Park and is close to many restaurants. The room was comfortable and we did have a good view of the city. They do have a garage for parking but it's pretty expensive. There's another one across the street for way less if you're willing to walk a bit. Overall, it was a good stay for a family of 4. "
