Lobby dirty, front desk clerk that checked us in was rude and curt. Room dirty, carpet dingy. Bed extremely uncomfortable and hard. Ac / heat worked but blew directly on the bed which made you either hot or cold. One good thing was the coffee, though!

It was clean, not super modern but my room was so nice - big and bright and the staff were fabulous. Great breakfast. Couldn’t hear the airport at all. Highly recommend for the price.

Very comfortable room with outstanding bay and airport views. Quiet. Good hot breakfast. I’d stay again when I need to be near SFO. The best restaurant, Kincaid’s, is recommended but is too far to walk. Good airport shuttle but the 45 minute interval is too long, and the vehicle is bumpy and worn. The hotel could use some inexpensive modernization improvements. Remove the antiquated Ethernet cables and plugs. Put in light fixtures with usb ports. Add more outlets. The WiFi is fine, however.

I like that it had a beautiful patio on the 1st floor where you go out and enjoy the view. I didn't like the shower very much it needs a new shower head.

Staff very friendly, hotel conveniently accessible to nearby restaurants, shopping, complimentary hotel shuttle service to and back from SFO, free breakfast everyday, complimentary tea and coffee in lounge 24/7 and best perk is free parking. I book this hotel every-time I come into the Bay Area and I’m never disappointed. My only negative review will be that the on-site laundry room can use some updating or larger space.

We, unfortunately, had a very brief stay for an early morning flight out of SFO. Check-in was easy, front desk staff were all courteous. Room was comfortable for the 2 of us. Greatly appreciated that the hotel shuttle to SFO starts at 4AM, and you can pick up the shuttle schedule at the front desk

Tiffany and staff were amazing- everyone was nice, accommodating and professional (makes all the difference). Clean, quiet, and safe- what else do you need for a home-away-from-home. Although there were some issues with my room which I reported (you do too right? How else can a property know or improve?) they were minor and easy to fix. As a sighted non-24, it was easy to get my room CDQ (Cool, Dark, and Quiet)- crucial for proper sleep. The breakfast, while not a huge spread was very well done.
