We really enjoyed this hotel for our trip to Universal Studios trip. Very convenient to have the trolley service to and from the park. Kids loved the bunk bed. Nice amenities as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and accessible. Restaurant and facilities are great. Bathroom shower could be cleaner. Check in was terrible. We booked through Expedia having a rate guarantee. Upon arrival the supervisor on duty informed us that the hotel booking system is different than Expedia and proceeded to quote us a much higher rate for our 5 night stay. She came across very rude, but did end up apologizing after she recognized herself that her behaviour was unacceptable. We did speak to the Manager the following morning who resolved the rate issue. That said it was not a pleasant experience after a long travel to start your vacation.
