"High quality hotel in a pleasant area, easily walkable to park and university. Circular bedroom with fireplace made access to wardrobe through folding door a bit awkward and also the safe hard to reach. Some of the outdoor, very quirky parts of the hotel looked as if they need some renovation, but the indoor public areas and breakfast room were fine. The iron and ironing board were in a seminar room - strange but perfectly workable. Price was very good for this level."

"The apartment was very cute and clean at a great location. It had lots of amenities. Close to lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Street noise can be loud when the windows are open, but completely sound proof with closed windows. It doesn’t have air conditioning, but that’s pretty typical for Germany. Would highly recommend. Management was also super responsive to any questions. "

We had a little blip when the property was locked when we got there, but a kind delivery man was very helpful and reached the owner (?) for us. Clean rooms, new bathrooms. "The property was beautiful. We stayed in the back building. Unfortunately the heat did not work in one of the rooms we stayed in. The Hotel tried their best to get it working at night and when they couldn’t, they issued us a full refund in the morning. They were very helpful."

The hotel is centrally located in Baden-Baden and convenient to shopping and other sites. We were here for the Christmas markets and they were only a few blocks away (easy to walk to). We recommend this hotel and will probably stay here again."
