"Check-in time is listed as 4:00 pm. We arrived at 2:00 pm Sunday and had to wait outside on the sidewalk until 4:00 pm when the code activated and allowed entrance into the property. The property manager should be more clear about this and the reason why. Otherwise, our stay was very good. If taking the bus into town make sure you have three Euros on hand to purchase a ticket at the bus stop."

"We picked this hotel because of the location and never expected this hotel to charm us!! The hotel was absolutely perfect in every way possible. The location could not have been better, the hotel was recently refurbished and it was so beautiful and welcoming. The rooms and common areas were spotless, the breakfast was terrific. The eggs, cheese, pastries, etc... all come from local farmers and bakers. The bar at night on the top floor turned out to be the best bar in Innsbruck and we agree!! The staff were so helpful and kind as well. We plan to return to Innsbruck just to stay here again. For a fun experience, get a patio room. They are roomy and you have your own private oasis. Don't miss this gem!!"
