"Excellent breakfast! Comfortable spaces. There was a heatwave and wished we had air conditioning or a stronger fan. But it got cooler later in the week and we got acclimated. The shower nozzle would not stay up, so you had to handhold it while showering. Also, adjusting the water temperature and pressure was hard to control. Overall, however, we loved this place because the hospitality and kindness was impeccable!"

"A lovely small hotel in the heart of Innsbruck. The room we stayed in was beautifully clean and very comfortable. The staff were superb! They were always helpful and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts sat on a shaded terrace were lovely with lots of choice and the food in both the bar and restaurant was also good. We would happily return to Innsbruck and would not hesitate to stay here again. "
