"Family stayed for a short trip to Innsbruck. The hotel is beautiful and has a lot of detail including a beautiful cellar where breakfast is served daily. There is a spa and sauna on the ground floor- we didn’t use but looked lovely. Convenient location to restaurants, shopping, hiking and ski lifts Nordkettenbahnen. The hotel is quite old and beautiful. "

"I LOVE this hotel. All members of staff are really helpful. The facilities in this hotel are endless, there are lots of swimming pools to suit everyone all heated 2 outdoor, splash park and water slide indoors, many games in the sport pub, I can go on forever. I will stay there again whenever I'm in Innsbruck. The level of service is beyond 5*. Great place, near most ski pistes, train station and town centre. Highly recommend. Anthonio Mandika. "

"The Hotel Stay was very nice; the spa area is absolute fabulous, wonderful saunas, quiet spaces and great ambiance- the changing rooms could use an update; there are no toiletries, no hair dryer or keys to lock your personal items; the gym area is a little small and outdated, the dining options are great, but not really what I would expect staying at a 5 star hotel, the salad bar is soso, options are very limited; the staff at night is top notch, the morning crew needs a little reminder that...

"Although rated as 4 Star Superior the restaurant did not, in my opinion, meet this criteria. Although the standard of restaurant food provided was good, I was disappointed that apart from the main course all the other courses were self service. Also the tables in the restaurant were quite close together, making movement from our table to and from the buffet area difficult and private conversation at the table virtually impossible."

"This hotel is unreal. Every room has a beautiful balcony overlooking either the mountains or the forest. The rooms are quiet and peaceful (amazing blackout curtains too) -- we got amazing sleep after very action-packed days. The breakfast included is extremely high quality, we loved it.
