"Our stay at Hotel Plaza Ejecutivo was really great. The first room that we were placed in had an issue with the AC unit and when we brought it up to the front desk they quickly and kindly offered us a room change in order to ensure that we were comfortable during our stay. All the employees that we came across were kind and super accommodating. The room itself was clean, had an AC unit and was a good size for our family. "Hotel is newer and it's modern and very clean. The room was a double and was very spacious. No enclosed closet, no fridge, no microwave. It has air conditioning. It was a bit noisy since it's on the main highway and could hear noise from passing cars and music playing in the area. It has the essentials for the bathroom. We walked into the Centro and took us about 10 minutes. We only stayed one night but it was comfy and restful. "
