"I have to segregate the service and the quality of the hotel (which was good to great), from the fact that I lost one of personal belongings from the room: my item was left in the room but somehow it disappeared. Unfortunately it was not possible to find it despite the good collaboration from the hotel’s staff. I’m grateful for that. That made my stay not as great as was expecting. Other than that, we were happy with the service. "

The neighborhood felt safe and had a nice atmosphere, with cafés, shops, and other amenities nearby. The room was clean, quiet, beautiful view of the river, and very comfortable, and was everything we needed for a
