Welcome to our home, just a few minutes stroll from the beautiful and quiet James Chabot Beach.

Everything you need, for you and the whole family - packed into this efficient and newly-remodelled condo.

Enjoy fun days at the beach, swim at the pool with 2 hot tubs and wind down on the balcony, or cozy up inside with all of our included streaming services on the Apple TV.

We have everything you need for your stay - just bring your bags!
The space
No need to worry about finding a spot to park, just pull into the designated underground parking space and take the elevator right up to the second floor unit.
For those hot summer days, enjoy the central air conditioning, and cozy up to the fireplace on the chilly evenings.
The home is fully equipped for families to enjoy, with board games for all ages, colouring, toys and books to keep our youngest guests entertained. The 3rd bedroom/den is set up with a PS4 game console with pre loaded games, but you are welcome to bring your own as well. The living room has a smart TV as well as an Apple TV with access to many streaming services for your enjoyment.
For our littlest guests we have provided a pack n play travel crib, a high chair, booster seat, safety items (cupboard locks, outlet covers etc), dishes, cutlery and even a high chair to take to the beach!
In addition to the toys, books and crafts, there is a selection of beach toys & towels, chairs, umbrellas and pool toys to enjoy.
For our furry guests, they can curl up in a cozy bed, use the food and water dishes, snack on treats and relax with the rest of the family.

The main bedroom has one queen bed and twin bunk beds.
The second bedroom has one queen bed and a twin bed.
There is a third double bed in the den, with a privacy screen.

The whole unit is yours for your enjoyment. The complex also has a seasonal outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs (with 1 remaining open year round), a fitness room and activity room.

Invermere ladies bonspiel
Provided a comfortable atmosphere for four ladies who did not know each other really well to stay and relax in. We did not cook but appreciated the ability to warm up baked goods in the oven and create fruit salads for breakfast.

Perfect spot for a fun family getaway

Wonderful condo - great for kids!
The condo was exactly as described. It was well taken care of with many beds/sleeping options for kids to bring their friends. The gaming room was perfect for my 13 year old son. The facility is excellent. I didn't get in the pool but my kids said it was cold. It seemed full of kids so it couldn't have been that bad! The building is walking distance to anything you could need or want. Excellent communication from the owner. Would stay in this condo again! Rebooked another unit for September long weekend because this one wasn't available.

The apartment is nice. Balcony faces parking lot and road, so some vehicle noise. There were a couple minor issues, and the owner resolved very quickly. I think the entire building may be vacation rentals with almost no actual local residents. We didn’t use the on-site pool. Was always packed, so we went to the lake instead. Unit could use some minor updating with cooking pots and pans, bathroom shower faucets didn’t work well.

A perfect place to stay
This condo was exactly what we needed for our quick trip to Invermere for our son's confirmation. It was well equipped, instruction were clear and was very clean. We weren't able to take advantage of all the amenities the community had to offer but will definitely come back again. Highly recommend.

Mixed reaction--- but made it do in the 'shoulder' season!
Thankyou for the use of your home away from home!! A few suggestions --we set aside 2 of the 6 chairs- they are loosening and unsafe to use--how about some extra stacking or folding chairs-- our group of 11 found it overcrowded- couches did not 'pull out' -perhaps good for 8 or 9 people? - The standing fan cord is all chewed up- fortunately it was cool out= BUT our greatest diappointment----the fridge froze most everything all week!! So sad- also- we were hoping for a pool but understand the seasons-- but we certainly had hopes for one of the hot tubs to be open. All in all- we are a family and were able to have a great time together- mostly outdoors- Thanks again for your home--Art/Gladys & Grandsons-----

Wonderful and well stocked condo. The kitchen had everything that we could have needed already stocked in it. Lots of extra features like a PlayStation, Apple TV, etc. Lots of beds made sure that there was ample space for all seven of us.

Ski Trip
Our family stayed at the Beach House during our ski trip to Panorama. It was an a really nice condo and it had everything we needed. At the end of the day of skiing it was nice to relax In the condo. They had so much stuff there for everyone. We don’t have little kids but I couldn’t believe the stuff they had available for every age. Check-in was just a little difficult because we didn’t receive the email that gave us the code to get into the main building, but we managed. The owner is aware so they can make sure to fix the outgoing emails before check-in. Wonderful place, would definitely stay again.
