"The house is located so close to the Weeki Wachee River you can see it from the deck!!! We really loved our stay there! My grandson enjoyed fishing from the deck. We kayaked with dolphins and the baby played with the strings on the front of our kayaks!!! We also had a Momma and baby manatees come up to the deck!! It’s truly the best place and we really enjoyed it!!"

"We stayed at this super cute property as I am recovering from knee surgery and we recently lost one of our dogs. We needed a change of scenery for ourselves and our other dog. This was a perfect reset out in nature. Reading, fishing, afternoon naps, and campfires. So thankful for this little piece of heaven."

"What a great cottage for our water adventures! Made me smile right away given the happy decor, well supplied kitchens, laundry and perfect dock for our flats boat and kayaks! And even a great hose there for clean up ( ie scallops) . Another plus is there are Boat launches within a block . Bed was so comfortable and the living room TV great for watching the Olympics "

"This was the 2nd time we’ve stayed at the cottage. Love the location to the springs. We enjoyed watching dolphins and manatees swimming right behind the house. The cottage is perfect for our family of 4. Well stocked kitchen and the propane grill was a nice addition from our last stay. The kids loved going to breakfast at Florida Cracker by boat& we really enjoyed Marguerita Grill for dinner. We are already planning our next trip."

"The house itself is great, large open floor plan. Rooms are separated and spacious and just the right amount of space. The downfall to this rental was the cleanliness of the home. The table tops were dirty. The shower had someone elses hair in the drain. There wasn't extra toilet paper in any of the bathrooms. Which I don't generally expect extra toilet paper but if you leave barely anything on the dispenser then I expect a new one to be somewhere in the home. I had to refill all three bathrooms...

"The pool table was almost in constant use and most of our guests didn't seem to care the river was fridged. My son set up a volleyball net across the little estuary and the rope swing was enjoyed by even some of the adults. We brought jet skis and extra tubes and spent many hours on the river without the need to go to any of the parks for our water entertainment. Fishing from the kayaks and/or paddle boards was excellent. Adequate kitchen and comfortable sleeping for our 15 mostly adults....
