"Nervous to visit after reading reviews. However, there is a lot of refurbishment going on. The downstairs looks fabulous and the car park/outside space is being worked on. The room was ropey, window held open with a block of wood and a pane of glass missing. Curtains not hanging correctly and a socket out. But, we arrived when they were busy and so checking in was delayed. The staff apologised for wait, and the room! The breakfast was absolutely banging and the staff were exceptional. Helpful...

"On arrival wasnt sure what to expect but place was outstanding and clesn bed very comfortable shower amazing like a wet room design with rain head , lifts avaiable , breakfast amazing only grudge was 10 pound overnight parking charge at bnb hotel but was ok with that from the outcome of our experience "
