There wasn’t a lockbox- instead the side door was left unlocked and the key was by the tv. We were coming back from the rodeo, it was very late, and unsettling that the door had been unlocked. "This cottage is HUGE with plenty of room for large families that want to make priceless memories in the north woods during a Wisconsin summer. Great balance of nostalgia with AMAZING amenities such as; WiFi, cable tv, smart AC and keyless lock access. Caught a bunch of perch, pumpkinseed and rock bass fish off the docks. "We loved our time at the cabin. It was fantastic having everything right there for us. We’re able to use the Jon boat, kayaks, and paddle boards in the lake which was so clear. Sunset over the lake too were beautiful to watch from the living room or screened in front porch. The weather wasn’t always cooperative but great times were had by all."

"It worked great for our group. Enjoyed being by the lake. We had two pick up and trailers which we were able to get in and out with. Deck could have been blown off before we came. Out door area cobwebby but we know how fast that can happen. Grill needed a good cleaning lots of grease and drip pan full."

"Very clean and well furnished cabin. Kitchen was well stocked with (nice) dishes, spices, etc. - far more than we’ve experienced at other rentals. Location was beautiful and close to bars, restaurants, and the Eagle River ice arena. The bed shown in the patio area is a blowup mattress, which is clearly listed in the description, but missed by me when booking. Still plenty of comfortable sleeping arrangements for our group. We would definitely rebook if in the area again!"

"The perfect winter getaway! The house was absolutely beautiful and clean. It had everything you could need for a family. The beds were comfortable, the set up is perfect, the views are gorgeous, and I cannot explain how CLEAN it was. There was not a speck of dust anywhere. Our family of five was sad to leave but look forward to coming back!"
