Ironwood is an old mining town w/ eclectic neighborhoods!... No HOA's here:) Home situated on a large wooded lot which backs to the Iron Belle Trail; WALKING DISTANCE to shops, restaurants and bars. Strap on your ski’s and you’ll be in a nice warm bar within 5 minutes:)

ATV's and Snowmobiles are welcome with plenty of on/off street parking.


Please advise in winter months so we can plow to accommodate your needs. In the winter months The city doesn’t allow vehicles to park on the street during evening & morning hrs.

Coffee Lovers: There is a regular coffee maker, Keurig and Nespresso machine. Some complimentary Nespresso capsules provided; however, not carried in the local stores so you may want to bring additional!!

New Beautyrest Platinum 15' Plush Pillow Top in the back/blue bedroom. This is slightly firmer than the pillowtop mattress in the front bedroom.

New central air/furnace and water heater all recently installed


Super private-The next-door neighbor is never there; it's a second home and not used in winter and maybe one week in summer.

Firepit- There is a pile of misc wood for your use. Holiday gas station- 2 minutes away sells small bundles of firewood for $4-$5 if needed:)
