"Property is new and still in good condition. However the hot water comes in and out when you shower. They charge too much for parking. Only valet parking is allowed and you can’t even borrow the luggage cart to bring your luggage to your room and when checking out. The valet are the only people allowed to use them which compels you to tip them. Coffee is so expensive also. Much more than Starbucks."

"The room was great, it had a hot tub with jets, clean, comfortable, and spacious. What wasnt great was front desk lady. An older lady who has poor customer service skills was very unhelpful and passive aggressive. $200 charged to my card, yes charged! My account was missing $200 from Doubletree. The money was supposed to be a deposit ( alot for a Doubletree but whatever ). I was told it would show in my account after i checked out. A week went by and no money. I called the hotel, and was told...
