"The staff (front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance) are super friendly. They’re hands down fantastic! The hotel, itself, needs updating. The carpets need cleaning, lots of dirt stains. It has seen better days. The bed mattress needs replacement. Ours would sink down. The pillows have no support. Need to be more firm. For $219/night, I had expected a high-end room suite. My suite was not high-end. Definitely needs a lot of TLC. "

"Spacious room and the free breakfast in the morning was a plus! The location was convenient to UCI and to many other stores and restaurants. I would actually give it a 4.5 stars since the water pressure in the shower was so light and they forgot to clean our room the 1st day(we were there for 3 nights/4days) I had to call to let them know after coming back to room at night with no fresh towels, etc. But overall, a great stay!. The $19 parking was also expected and reasonable considering most...
