"The property was kid-friendly, minus the lack of ramps for strollers. The convenience for food was great, many restaurants with a lot of variety. Room service was quick and you can schedule a time slot for your food to arrive which was very convenient when planning around kids, I felt ordering something I knew they’d eat in the room and then going to dinner was safe so they weren’t hungry and waiting and possibly disappointed. The facility was clean and the staff were really nice."

"Spent a week with family and trull amazed with the resort, facilities, staff services and the beach. The resort is composed of 3 units, Grand Palladium Select, Grand Palladium Family Selection and TRS (adults). We stayed at GP Select with granted access to GP Family Selection areas, restaurants and pools. We had access to 2 buffets and 7 restaurants ( Italian, steakhouse, Thai, Japanese, American, Mexican and Mediterranean) as well to the different bars, snack bars around the different pools. We did not have access to TRS. Dinning options were very diversified and great quality. Complex is new and rooms are very clean with excellent staff service. The pools are clean with many activities during the day. The beach is great, clear waters, no rocks and very easy find a chair, same around the pools. "

"It's very consistently good. Have been 4 times. Love the food, the staff, the amenities, the size of the resort, the entertainment. This time around there was some noticeable decline in the state of repair: elevators that weren't working, loud A/C unit in the room, some stains here and there. But overall so great. "

"The property is cleaned and well organized. The services and staff are very friendly. We will definitely come back to visit this property. Few cons: The location is very up north of Cancun and in the middle of no where. It’s great if you just looking for a place to relax and stay in the resort. There could be some improvements with the foods. They need to add more flavors and show some love to the foods. We tried 5 restaurants and I think most decent one was tentaziones. The other 3 were not impressive at all, there were many times we couldn’t enjoy our meal. "
