"Amazing resort! The hospitality from all staff is amazing. Not one employee ever looked like they hated their job, they were always happy and energetic! Chan was our Butler and he went above and beyond we could have asked for! His attention to detail was perfect! Made my wife and I very comfortable throughout our stay. The activities they have at the resort also very good! Queen tribute while we were there did not disappoint, it was awesome. House keeping was great, cleaned daily. We had the elegance club swim up suite jacuzzi on the adult only side. The room was clean, very elegant and luxurious. Plenty of food options!! Room service was also very good and quick. We will definitely be returning to this resort!"
