"The hotel is close to a ferry (5 min walk ), the beach is really nice and the staff is friendly. Gabrilella was super helpful . The only problem is the condition of the hotel : it’s very outdated and you can see bugs and little lizards , even in the best room Acadia. There is not dinner there but they have drinks and breakfast . "

We had the cutest sea lion that has been living alone at the hotel that is so adorable. Nice breakfast on the rooftop is nice. "We loved our stay here. It is on the edge of the small town, but easily walkable to everything including a sunset bar that was awesome. I assume it was not coincidentally named Iguana Crossing, but it is literally located at a point where iguana after iguana cross the road. The views from our room and the pool were unbelievable and the wildlife that literally walks in the lobby is amazing. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful."

There were two people that seemed to be running it - the younger girl was lovely and accommodating.
