Tv mount was broken and at risk of falling engineering did come in and fix it after a few requests. Expedia told me I had a chance at a free upgrade due to gold status and the hotel claimed they don’t do that. The view of the ocean from the beach outside the lobby was nice.

Everything was well appointed, clean, easy with little kids. The free bait, bikes, game room made it feel all inclusive instead of Disney where you pay for every little thing. Cheeca keeps its old florida vibe while remaining clean and fresh.
