Unwind in the sun-kissed living room featuring comfortable furnishings. Gather around the 40” TV for a relaxing movie night. Whip up gourmet creations in the fully-equipped kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances. When it is time to eat, share meals and conversation at the dining table.

This two-story home offers three bedrooms. Sleep soundly in the inviting main bedroom, appointed with a comfortable bed and a 32” TV. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a comfortable bed, a 40” TV, and direct balcony access. A full bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom studio is outfitted with two twin beds and a 40” TV. A kitchenette is equipped with a wet bar, a toaster oven, and a microwave. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Spend leisurely afternoons lounging underneath your canal-side palapa. When evening falls, sizzle your fresh catch on the gas grill. THINGS TO KNOW
The cargo lift and boat lift are not available for guest use.
The second-floor main living area of the home is accessed via a flight of exterior stairs. The separate downstairs studio has its own entrance.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
