"We were there only one night on our way to a cruise and it was very rainly. The staff (i believe he was Ricardo)was incredibly helpful in helping us get to our ship the next day when our ship had changed ports. I would definitely go back to experience the city of Chioggia and stay at this pretty hotel when it was not raining buckets! "

"The staff is very welcoming and provided everything needed. The island is lovely. Once they heated the rooftop pool it was good. The food is delicious, many breakfast choices try the pimodoro upstairs or the ravioli in room . There is a water taxi charge if using other hours than shuttle times but easy to arrange or wait for free shuttle times. Highly recommend for the James Bond Italy feel of arrival a water taxi. Enjoyed how kind and friendly everyone on the island is to guests. "

"It was a beautiful property. The rooms were large with high ceilings and a beautiful granite bathroom. The property itself was beautiful with lush foliage, pool and views of Venice. The staff are the nicest people. "

"This was an amazing place. The young man at the desk helped us with water shuttles to the next Idland. He helped us get to the airport. It was incredible what he did for us. Not only was this a beautiful safe place but they are ready to meet your every need. I wish every place we stay in could be like this. "

"The hotel property is lovely and very well located 5-10 min walk from Accademia Bridge, 2 grocery stores: a small (but very well stocked) market and a larger supermarket, as well as to the Peggy Guggenheim museum and the Basilica Santa Maria della Salute. "The service is superb, the location is good, and the setting is beautiful. It is close to two vaporetto stops, one of which is on the water taxi route to the airport. It is walkable to the Accademia and the Accademia Bridge over the Grand Canal. The staff is super helpful. They helped carry my bags up and down from my room, provided silverware when I needed it for my takeout dinner, gave my a tray every morning so I could eat breakfast in my room, and answered all my questions.
