"The welcome process, room amenities, and opportunities are perfect. If you want to stay on your business trip near of Tuyap convention center then the location is very good. Breakfast is awful, the food is old omelette is with an additional charge. Was surprised that Turkish people in restaurant service are not welcome and do not know the menu. "The rooms were clean overall and good. Had only 1 remote for the AC's which was inconvenient as there's a second bedroom upstairs. Stairs are tight and steep to second bedroom so be aware if it's an issue for you. The AC's worked well which was very important for us. Beds were good and bedding good. Fridge and appliances worked well but some maintenance needed to a broken outlet at the stove (we forgot to mention it to the owner). Dishwasher very convenient. Room service was great and...

"ive stayed here many times because its a very good price for central istanbul- it is quite basic but it has character, it is in the tarlabasi a very old district of istanbul, a bit ramshackle- which i like, but safe,. there are friendly reception staff, close to istiklal caddesi with its many restaurants and shops. its on a very steep street so not great for people with mobility problems, it is also close to the famous sunday market, comfortable bed, i slept well"

The units are very intimate, but they have more than everything that you might need for your stay including hotplates, utensils, etc. Of course it is an easy five minute walk to the famous pedestrian Istiklal Street.
