"Very nice house - we had a group of adults and this provided lots of room for everyone to gather or find quiet time. We didn't use the game room or downstairs bedroom but it would be nice addition for those who needed or wanted it.Kitchen is spacious and had everything we needed. Beds are very comfortable and really appreciate having bathrooms for each room. Bring extra toiletries (soap, etc) and supplies if staying more than 2-3 days as that was quite limited.Location is very close to marina (rent a pontoon from Pickwick Pontoon rentals - great people!) but is still very quiet. Lovely neighborhood - very hilly and wooded.Personally, I would prefer the deck to be swept prior to our arrival but in a wooded location I understand that isnt a certainty.Nice lake house - perfect for larger group or families with kids who want space and activities when not on the lake. "

"The front desk staff were great and accommodating . The room was spacious and very clean. The only thing that was bad was the breakfast. If you only want toast and butter then you were in luck. The coffee was terrible! I would recommend staying here but the Waffle House is next door if you need it! "

"We wanted to have a quick getaway at the lake for a 40th anniversary so I searched up places at Pickwick because my cousin has his boat there. We are actually from St. Louis. This place caught my eye. It looked very cute and had all the things we wanted, but once we got there, it had so much more. It was very charming. Had an awesome screened in back porch overlooking a pond. There were at least 4 to 6 ducks around there the whole time so that was fun to watch them as well. The location was only 3-5 minutes from my cousin’s boat so that made things even sweeter. The manager/owners were very responsive. I had a couple of questions and they very promptly answered me. I loved this place and I would and hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful place to celebrate our 40th anniversary!K"
