Casita (1 Bed / 1 Bath) with Pool + Pickleball Access

This listing is for the Casita (guest house) of the 3 bedroom home. Many homes in the community have an interior door between the main house and the casita, so you can easily hear other guests.. I intentionally designed this house without that interior door, so it's very private.
The interior features a modern minimalistic style with a cozy fireplace, granite countertops, and motorized privacy blinds. This space includes a king sized bed and 75" tv. There is also a kitchenette which includes a sleek fridge and microwave along with a sink.

The Casita is located on the southwest side (left side) of the house. The entrance is next to the fire pit in front, which is dedicated for the casita.. so feel free to use it and enjoy the views!
I work a 9-5 but always try to keep an eye on my phone and am happy to answer any questions.
Ivins is the best spot in the St. George area!! There are awesome red rock views, great hiking/walking trails, and light restrictions so you can see stars at night. It has an awesome vibe
There is guest parking throughout the neighborhood, no permits are required. The spa/pool and gym areas are an easy walk towards the east side of the community and the pickleball courts are located at the southeast end.

Perfect casita for 2
We got tickets to the PGA event at Black Desert and looked for a close VRBO and found this perfect for 2 casita. Beautifully furnished and all our needs were met. The surroundings are beautiful and close to everything we needed. Our children live in Santa Clara so we know the area very well. We would return to this location again in the future.
