I loved the location; the local area felt so clean, quiet, and close to multiple underground and Ueno main stations. Akihabara is literally 20 minutes down the road and was incredible, and Asakusa is 20 minutes the other way. Ueno itself was full of lovely little shops and nice places to eat. The local park was also lovely. The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and happy to help; anything we needed was not too much trouble, and I loved the design of the property. The apartment itself was great for us (a small family of three) with the washer/dryer, kitchen with a fridge/freezer, and bathroom. Our son loved the bath / shower combo and how deep the bath could get. The area is fantastic with a Lawson’s 2 minutes down the road; the staff there were friendly, particularly if you made the effort to ask for things in Japanese (quick Google before you go in). All in all - we'd stay again the next time we come to Tokyo (hopefully next year!)

Well-appointed hotel. The décor reminds me of The Kitano in New York, but this hotel is smaller, boutique style. Nice breakfast and tea room services. Pajamas and bath salts included and renewed every day. Proximity to Suidobashi station very convenient. Area is very quiet.

Whole staff from registration, housekeeping, and breakfast staff was excellent. Everyone was professional and kind. The whole property was well manicured, and very clean. Train station less than 5 minute walk to your Tokyo adventure.
