"1 station away from Shinjuku station . But its also within walking distance to Shinjuku. Plenty of eateries around the hotel. We had a room with Mount Fuji View. For family , it is very convenient with small kitchenette and washing machine. Will definitely stay here again in future."

"Our stay in Galois was brief but memorable. It was a good place to rest after traveling all over Japan and well within walking distance of main city Shinjuku. Our room was clean and they provided so many amenities (even things we didn’t even think of). What was especially great was that you can store your luggage even after you check-out which was real helpful for our last day. Appreciate everything! "

"I stayed at quite a few hotels during my recent Tokyo trip and this was by far my favorite hotel. The room temperature was comfortable as often times I encountered that Tokyo hotel rooms are kept too hot during winter and there’s no way to cool them. This was not the case at Rose Garden. "Great hotel close to Otsuka Station, which was great to access the Yamanote line (JR lines). Although the rooms are small they are comfortable enough. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We used the baggage carrier service to get our baggage from Tokyo to Osaka which was great and highly recommended. The only negative thing I would say is that we wanted a late check out which they did accommodate but charged 2000 yen an hour which was double what the same hotel in Osaka charged 1000 for....

"Short walk from Shinjuku station. Walkable to many flagship stores in the vicinity. Only issue it’s very noisy with emergency sirens when we’re trying to sleep. And the escalator at the front is not understandable why they don’t build two escalators in two directions instead of only having a single escalator that required the staff to manually change the direction. "This is a well maintained property with mostly friendly service (its an auto-mated Kiosk type checkin and checkout process, so not so much personal interaction). The rooms are comfortable with nice amenities (tea pot, cups, and such by request). Nice TV with ability to 'cast' from your phone, so you can watch content in your choice of language. Nicely located with ability to walk to multiple konbini's (convenience store) and small eateries. I had no issues over my 4 night stay."
