"Check in was delayed by an hour as the room was not ready. Complimentary drinks provided whilst waiting. The double bed was very comfortable and the shower one of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Plenty of plug sockets. Reception always manned. Catch a tram for next to nothing and you can be in the city centre in minutes. Price of a drink in the hotel in line with others hotels. "Arrived at 02:30 in the morning but the lad on 24hr reception was alert, helpful, friendly and got us to our room quickly with no problems. Equally friendly and helpful was the lady on reception the next two days. Breakfast was great and plentiful but the best thing for us overall was the location…a 4 minute e-scooter ride away from the thermal baths one way (I can recommend) and an 8 minute escooter ride away from the city centre the other way! "
