"The facility was clean, beautiful, and spacious, and the service was nice. The food was great, too. The swimming pool and the bath was ok. The only complaint we have was the you had to walk outside walkway to access our room from the elevator and it was very cold. "

"熱川おおるりにも宿泊しましたが、総合的にこちらの方が良かったです。食材に大差はないものの、収容者数が少ないためバイキング会場がそれほど混み合わないし、開始時間に遅れてもそこそこ食材にもありつける。朝食時にジュースサーバーが使えるのも良い。自動おしぼり機でないのでストレスがない。子供には最初から子供用の椅子が用意してある心遣いがある・・・と、熱川おおるりとの比較でコメントしてみました。"

"So the few things I did not like where the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, the onsen water was hot enough to burn me (the rock onsen at the bottom) and the pool closed SOOOO early that we didn’t get to experience it at all. I paid a lot of money for that hotel and then didn’t even get to experience the pool. But the staff was very accommodating and made great efforts to speak English to us. "

"Up a steep drive to a welcome that every traveller looks forward to. Warm, honest in a beautiful house with views over the sea to die for. This family hotel treats you like a member of the family and is there when needed but leaves you to enjoy your holiday. We even were given a lift to a local restaurant for our evening meal. "We had an excellent experience at KAI Ito! Our family of four stayed in a room with a private hot spring tub. The suite was large and comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner were included.
