The Internet was down the day we were there, so I’m sure our experience is not typical. It was a little bit chaotic. My biggest disappointment was with the food prices. Very high for what was given. We stayed in the Teepee- was kind of fun but loud neighbors were a definite problem. Big storm came through, we stayed dry.

It really depends on your expectations. If you expect a camping sort of experience, you will enjoy it. The location is gorgeous, but the bathrooms are pretty bad. But there was hot water, and the linens that you rent include blankets and towels. There was a hornet in our wagon, but the staff came quickly to deal with it.

The bathrooms were filthy. The wi-fi only worked in the main building, not where we were staying. The restaurant was over-priced and the food was not that good. You had to pay $3 for water and they automatically added a 16% tip to your meal but the only service you had was they brought the food to your table.

Incredible view of the Tetons right from our covered wagon. Watching the horses coming in in the morning was very cool. Kids loved sleeping in the wagon. Electricity and heat, wifi. The bath house was kind of shoddy. The middle room had no cold water in the sink or shower. The floor tended to be muddy. The cafe is too expensive at $20 for a burger and fries, but there aren't a lot of other places to eat nearby.

This property is unique in that it provides interesting accommodations. The conestoga wagons are a very fun idea and fit with electricity as well as usb charging ports. The property as a whole is very dingy, dirty, and faliing apart. The restrooms are in a trailer and while we expected them to be rustic, they dont also have to be dirty. It doesn't take much to just keep things clean. None of the restrooms even had paper towels the one night we were there. I would recommend staying in the wagon just for the experience, but also could not justify more than one night.

This is glorified camping, but almost worse. Bathrooms were absolutely filthy! When we arrived to our covered wagon, it was obvious that it had not been cleaned out prior to our arrival. There were empty water bottles and other people’s sheets and bath towels left behind. We slept in our own sleeping bags and had to sign a paper that if the heater didn’t work in the wagon, that we would not be refunded. The heater did not work. It was a frigid night and crisp morning, but we got out of there at first light. Come prepared to bring everything you might need and treat it as a camping experience, NOT A HOTEL STAY! Don’t waste your money at the restaurant. Just manage your expectations if you book this place. The staff is extremely friendly, but the accommodations are less than ideal. The horse wrangling was a cool experience.

I was VERY hesitant to book 2 wagons here due to the horrific reviews. While I can see where things might go "wrong" with a stay here, I was pleasantly surprised and recommend trying it for a night, maybe 2, with realistic expectations. Our wagons (#11 and #12, highly recommend) were clean, beds comfortable, & ample bedding-$20 to rent 6 sets of sheets is not highway robbery. You can throw your sleeping bag on top the mattress & avoid that fee. We did not bother to try & figure out the heater & it got to about 40 degrees in June, was cold, I buried myself under the heavy blanket provided & was fine. I recommend bring a heavy blanket or sleep in very warm clothes. The view/setting is to die for & main reason to try this place. As for service, we were met with very pleasant check in service, even accommodated our request to be next to each other. In the morning, the "charm" of staff was missing at front desk but it was acceptable. The restaurant was emptyish & the bar/server guy very very polite, asking how our day was going. So I don't know where the service issues people mention are coming from. Bathhouse was at low end of acceptable, a tad smelly, but totally useable and reasonably clean for a campground. This place is no worse than camping but the setting, price & proximity to parks is worth it. Reason I would never stay more than 1 night is you are so close to other wagons, no privacy at all & noisy with animals & staff's loud 4 wheelers at all hours. Not a great sleep.
