Great location in the middle of Jackson. We had a short visit, but the bed & pillows were very comfortable & we had a great night's sleep. The breakfast options were decent and beyond the normal bagel option. They had a variety of options, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

This property is beautiful! The location is right next to the city center, but is quiet & relaxed. The staff were all so nice & the breakfast buffet was delicious! Would recommend to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay at the Rockwell…the heated tiles in bathroom were great, beds were comfy, breakfast was great, good hot cocoa and coffee in room. BUT… there was barely anyone there yet we had ppl on either side of us and one that slammed all doors, car doors (bc it’s a courtyard with doors to outside) so so loud, no trash bags in trash cans (I assume to save the planet?) yet sheets were polyester microfiber which are PLASTIC. The polyester sheets made it hard to sleep bc they stick to you and, well, plastic doesn’t breathe (and seriously it’s really bad for your body). We had to turn the heater to fan all night to block out the noise of the neighbors and the stuffy feeling from bedding. All that being said, if sheets were cotton I’d def stay here again.

I enjoyed the friendly staff, cozy lobby by the fireplace, breakfast on the mezzanine with the views out of the immense windows, tea, coffee and cookies. My room was comfortable and designed well. The only thing that could have made it perfect would have been hotter water with more pressure. But, the heated tiles in the bathroom helped offset that a bit. I would highly recommend this hotel and will certainly return.
