The staff at check in and check out where both very helpful and professional. The breakfast was great. I enjoyed my stay and will be sure to stay here again when I’m in Palestine.

We were not given a king size bed, which is what I requested in my reservation. When I asked for it once I realized we had two queens, I was told it couldn’t be changed unless I cancelled my reservation with Expedia. That was ridiculous to think I could cancel a reservation on the day I’m checking in and get a refund. I told them we’d just keep the room we had, but once I returned to the room, I realized the carpet was soaked near the air conditioner. My husband went down to let them know at the front desk and came back with a room change with a king sized bed! Hopefully, I won’t be charged by Expedia and Hampton both! They are in the middle of a remodel now, so, hopefully, all the problems will be addressed.

Not your best choice in Palestine
Place was meh. Our room smelled of cigarettes. The bathroom door did not close and the walls had holes from things removed that were never replaced. Wallpaper in bathroom. Front desk staff were great and breakfast was very good. With a refresh this would be a great place to stay.

The hotel was nice & clean, and very quiet. The customer service was excellent! The receptionist told me what the breakfast hours were. I told her I had to be at work at that time. The next morning, to my surprise, breakfast was served an hour early!
