I Stay At This Hotel All The Time For When Visiting, Going To Wrestling, Football Games, Concerts Or Just To Get Away. I Really Love The Riverwalk, Can't Get Enough Out Of It. Location and staff were great. Property has not aged well on the exterior and in the rooms. The restaurant, bar and lobby look to have been renovated in the past 5 - 10 years, but the rooms and exterior were dated and dirty.

Where do I start. First, valet was sitting in his car with his girlfriend and not at his station. Got charged $18 to self park in an unsafe area in back of hotel. Had to switch rooms to another floor because of all the noise in the main atrium. Bathroom toilet seat was stained from what I can only assume are cleaning products. Towels were tiny and no soap, shampoo or conditioner in the dispensers. Bed pillows were tiny and lumpy. As for lighting, you have to search for the tiny little switches at every light to turn them on. Only good light was the one at from door. This has been a horrible experience. For the high charge for one night, I get a better quality room at a Holiday Inn. The overall cleanliness of this hotel is not what you would expect for one that has a large conference center. Will not recommend to anyone.
