"The ceiling at the window edge was leaking when it was raining in the middle of the night. The droplets of water dripping sound woke me up and kept me awake the whole night till morning. The best breakfast buffet for $5 usd and to get a couple pairs of underwear/ undershirts and socks was going to cost $20 usd !!!! "Had a great stay here while attending a concert! The location is excellent, especially being close to JIS. We got a room overlooking the pool, which was a nice bonus. Even though we arrived at 12, our room was already ready with no queue, which was a great start to our stay. We also requested a welcome drink, and they kindly provided us with two drink vouchers that we could redeem at the restaurant near the pool. The gym was spacious and well-equipped, making it convenient for a quick workout....

"Hotel is dated but clean and staff are friendly and approachable. Unfortunately there are lots of mosquitoes especially at the lobby area and guest receptions area. These are in the hotel and not outside. Best to eliminate this at its their first impressions when we come in and where guests sit around at the lounge cafe enjoying pastries and coffee. Can't stay long with all the mosquitoes. "

"This hotel is good if you're on a tight budget. There were some areas of uncleanliness but it can be overlooked if you lower your expectations. The pictures of the hotel are much brighter than real life. Would I come back again? If I were staying alone and on a very tight budget, this isn't a bad choice.
