"Stayed overnight on our way to Florida and would stay again! Yes the hotel is old but what do you expect? It’s very well kept very clean and we loved the location and boutique feel! We will be coming back next time we are in Charleston! Would not recommend for elderly people as they do have stairs that are steep so plan according! But my almost 2 year old had no issue so I would say kid friendly! "

"Room was a decent size. Plenty of storage. All the furniture had a drawer or shelf. Closet good size. Had coffee, creamers, sugars, stirrers and a bottle of wine. Mugs, glasses. Wi-Fi worked great. We walked everywhere from the house. Parking on property. Worked out great! "

"The property met all expectations. We were super comfortable and the location was convenient. The scenic walk path was an added bonus! We were pleasantly surprised to find the house decorated for Christmas with a present beneath the tree. This was a particularly warm and welcome touch as we were spending Christmas away from home. There was a minor plumbing issue but this was addressed as soon as we reported it. I recommend this property and host without hesitation."
