"Our friend’s son is getting married next month, and the brides family hosted a shower in Mt Pleasant. Decided to make a weekend out of it and couldn’t have selected a better place to anchor our weekend. Weather just starting to warm up in the daytime, beautiful walks on the beach, coffee from the porch. The 2 masters were perfect, kitchen well supplied, quiet corner unit. Hope to get back one day!"

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property!! Communication with the host was seamless and replies were always prompt. There was a small maintenance issue with the home, but when it was brought to the host’s attention, it was fixed within hours. Will absolutely stay here again if we are in the Isle of Palms area!"

"We have always enjoyed our ocean getaways at Pelican Watch and we can add this past week to that list. We appreciated how clean and bright this unit is and the view and sunsets didn’t disappoint. The owner was very responsive when we reported a few items that needed repair and her concern genuine! All communications with owners were helpful and responsive. Looking at calendar for next stay at Seabrook!"

"LOVED the condo. Everything is brand new and the decor is modern and beachy. The owners did a fabulous job. Right across the street from the beach and walkable to lots of restaurants. The condo was immaculately clean. Only thought was to have more kitchen towels available. If there were some, we did not find them. Would totally stay here again."

"We loved the open space, the proximity to everything Folly and the spacious bedrooms.We felt the bathroom needed an update and two bathrooms would have been nice. The tub should have some handles for a short person or someone older who has balance issues.Also , I personally could not reach the dryer so a stool would be great."

"The property met all expectations. We were super comfortable and the location was convenient. The scenic walk path was an added bonus! We were pleasantly surprised to find the house decorated for Christmas with a present beneath the tree. This was a particularly warm and welcome touch as we were spending Christmas away from home. There was a minor plumbing issue but this was addressed as soon as we reported it. I recommend this property and host without hesitation."
