"This was a longer stay for my trip and everything about it was excellent. I booked a higher view room and it was worth it. While the room was small, it suited my needs as a solo traveler. The staff were very nice and helpful, especially when it was busy with guests and it made the stay much better. There is a train station a short walk away that I could see from my room and there was a convenience store in the hotel itself. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel simply based off the location and staff."

"The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Shinjuku. You can walk to countless shops/restaurants, and even Shinjuku station! We didn't require our rooms to be cleaned during our trip, but it was really nice that there was always a bag of new towels and bottled water hanging on our door each day!"

"The breakfast is amazing. Facilities extremely clean and beautiful. I love the Onsen. The female side has 3 levels and multiple types of baths. Onsen hours open early and close late which is ideal for me to take advantage of the healing benefits morning and night. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend."
